PROGRAM OVERVIEW: Nestlé USA ("Sponsor") will be conducting the Wonka "Every Hour, Every Day" Sweepstakes, where participants may collect Game Codes and bank them to be used as Sweepstakes entries into the Wonka "Every Hour, Every Day" Sweepstakes (the "Promotion").

TWO WAYS TO OBTAIN GAME CODES:
1) Look for a promotion code inside packages of WONKA® single size Nerds® Rope, Giant Chewy Nerds®, Chewy Spree® Pouch, SweeTarts® Roll, Grape/Strawberry Nerds®, and Grape, Watermelon, or Sparkle Cherry Laffy Taffy® OR if your package doesn’t have a code inside, use the UPC number found on the outside of package (both the promotion code and UPC are referred to herein as "Game Code(s)"). Participating products can be found in specially marked displays at participating retailers.
2) To obtain a Game Code without purchase, visit www.Wonka.com/winprizes and follow the on-screen instructions. Limit one (1) free Game Code per request. Void where prohibited or restricted.
Game Codes have no cash value and cannot be sold or transferred. Game Codes cannot be carried over or used in any other Nestlé promotion.

REGISTRATION AND GAME CODE BANKING PERIOD: Beginning at 3:00 p.m. ET on 6/9/09 through 11:59 p.m. ET on 8/31/09 ("Banking Period"), visit www.Wonka.com/winprizes and follow the instructions to register and create your Game Code Account ("Account"). Once you have created your Account you can bank up to 10 Game Codes per person, per Account, per day through 11:59 p.m. ET on 8/31/09. Limit one (1) Account per person, per e-mail address, regardless of whether more than one person uses the same e-mail address. In the event of a dispute as to the identity or eligibility of a potential winner based on an e-mail address, the winning entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address used to create the Account. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Limit ten (10) Game Codes banked per Account per day. A "day" is defined as starting at 12:00 a.m. ET on a specific calendar day and ending at 11:59 p.m. ET on that same day, except on 6/9/09 a "day" shall be defined as beginning at 3:00 p.m. ET and ending at 11:59 p.m. ET. Each participant is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of his/her Account and Game Codes accumulated during the Banking Period. Participants are encouraged to review their Account regularly and save a hard copy of their Game Codes for their records. All Game Codes become null and void after 11:59 p.m. ET on 8/31/09.

PLAYING GAME CODES IN THE HOURLY SWEEPSTAKES: Access www.Wonka.com/winprizes beginning at 12:00 a.m. ET on 8/1/09 through 11:59 p.m. ET on 8/31/09 ("Hourly Sweepstakes"). There will be seven hundred and forty-four (744) Hourly Sweepstakes, each conducted separately. Each will run for one hour/sixty (60) minutes. Log in to your account and follow the on-screen instructions to enter your banked Game Codes starting at 12:00 a.m. ET 8/1/09 through 11:59 p.m. ET on 8/31/09. You must register and be logged in to your Account to enter. You can enter as many banked Game Codes as you like into the Hourly Sweepstakes of your choice; however, you can only play your banked Game Codes in the current Hourly Sweepstakes. Upon allocating Game Codes to a particular Hourly Sweepstakes, Participants will be asked to confirm the use of such Game Codes to complete their entry. Once you have entered your Game Code(s) in an Hourly Sweepstakes, they will be deducted from your Account and cannot be used again. BONUS CODES: Entrants who opt in to receive future communications from WONKA® will receive ten (10) bonus codes credited to their Account. Limit of ten (10) bonus codes per person, per Account. Bonus codes will be additional to the daily limit.
Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during each Hourly Sweepstakes. Expenses not specifically stated are the sole responsibility of winner. No cash substitutions for prizes will be permitted and prizes are nonrefundable and nontransferable, except at sole discretion of Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value. Federal, state and local taxes are solely the responsibility of winner. Please allow 8–10 weeks after verification of eligibility for the arrangement of the prize delivery. All prizes are awarded as is. HOURLY WINNER SELECTION: Potential winners will be selected in a random drawing to be held approximately 15 minutes after the end of each Hourly Sweepstakes, from all eligible entries received during that Hourly Sweepstakes Entry Period. Potential winner’s registered user name may be posted on the Web site. Potential winners will be notified at the e-mail address entered at the time of Account registration and will be verified at the end of the overall Sweepstakes Period. If potential winner does not respond within the time specified in the e-mail notification or cannot accept prize as stated, prize will be forfeited in its entirety and an alternate winner may be chosen from the Hourly Sweepstakes pool from which the potential winner was randomly selected. Potential winners may be required to sign a Winner’s Agreement and Release and return it by date specified or prize will be forfeited in its entirety and another potential winner may be selected. Return of any prize or notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate potential winner may be selected.

SECOND CHANCE SWEEPSTAKES/DRAWING: In the event one (1) or more Hourly Sweepstakes prizes is unawarded at the end of the Sweepstakes Period due to zero entries received, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible Account holders who have played at least one (1) Game Code during the Banking Period. Limit one (1) Second Chance Sweepstakes entry per Account. The Second Chance Drawing will be held on or about 9/9/09. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible Account holders entered. Following the Second Chance Drawing, potential winner(s) will be notified at the e-mail address entered at the time of Account registration. If potential winner does not respond within the time specified in the e-mail notification or potential winner cannot accept prize as stated, prize will be forfeited in its entirety and an alternate winner may be chosen from the Second Chance Sweepstakes pool. Please allow 8–10 weeks after verification of eligibility for the arrangement of the prize delivery.

OTHER: By entering the Hourly Sweepstakes and Second Chance Drawing, participant accepts and agrees to these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges, which shall be final. In the event a potential winner is a minor within his/her state of residency, prize may be awarded to the parent or legal guardian. Return of any prize or notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate potential winner may be selected.
